With the introduction of our membership scheme, we thought hard about how we could give something back to all of our members who love our freshly- popped popcorn, nachos, drinks and sweets - regardless of what membership level they subscribe to. We came up with Parkway Points.
Parkway Points are loyalty points that you can earn every time you buy any food or drink (alcohol not included) from our cinemas. If you have scanned your member card before the transaction, you will earn points for every pound you spend.
Anyone over 13 years old can join, and it is free on our Plus level. To get started, click here.
Different membership levels earn points at different rates. Plus (the free scheme) members earn 10 points for every £1 spent. That rises to 12 for the Premiere members, and 15 for our Founder members.
You can ask for your points balance at any till after scanning your card, or you can find your current balance on the website in the member menu.
You can redeem your points for food and drink items. These items are always subject to change, as is the amount of points that they cost, but here is a selection of what is currently redeemable (subject to availability).
Just let the staff member know you have a member card and scan it before you make your purchase. Your card is available on your phone screen by tapping "Membership Card" in the member menu.

Parkway Cinemas offer a membership scheme to our customers. The scheme is free to join.
A membership and its benefits can be used at parkwaycinemas.co.uk or at any Parkway Cinema with the exception of the Parkway cinema Barnsley.
You have to be at least 13 years old to join. Your free membership is valid for 50 years.
Parkway Entertainment Company Limited stores some of your data in our membership scheme. For further details, please read our Privacy Policy.
As a Parkway member you may collect “Parkway Points”. These are earned by purchasing qualifying items from our food and drink offering either in cinema or online.
Parkway Points are valid for a period of two years after your last transaction. If you do not make any transactions on your account for a period of 2 years, your balance may be reset to zero. Parkway Points are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
Parkway Points can be redeemed for various retail items including Popcorn, drinks, nachos and sweets. Parkway Cinemas may make changes to the items elegible and for what point cost at any time without giving prior notice. If you choose to, you can upgrade your membership at a cost for added benefits.
Paid membership schemes are not available to purchase at, nor can any of the benefits be used at our Barnsley or Workington cinemas.
When upgrading your membership level, your expiry date is temporarily changed for the duration of the upgrade. Once your upgrade has expired your membership will revert back to the free scheme with an expiry date reset to 50 years from the date of the change.
A membership scheme cannot be transferred to another person or refunded under any circumstances unless required by law.
If you are a paid member, as an additional security measure you will have to provide an electronic passport style photo of yourself at the time of subscription. This will be securely stored on our servers and be used on our tills and ticket check points to identify you when redeeming any free tickets or discounts. If you do not provide a photo, your membership will not be valid.
You must tell us as soon as possible if there has been any change any of your details or need to update your photo on our system.
Whenever redeeming any free or discounted items or tickets, you will have your identity checked using your electronically stored photo. If the staff member cannot clearly see that the member is the person in the photo, additional ID may be requested or service / admission may be denied. The manager’s decision is final.
Upon joining the Parkway membership or upgrading your membership level, the changes to your benefits should become active on your account within five minutes. However, during busy periods this could take up to 24 hours.
The benefits you are entitled to enjoy, as set out in your membership package are valid as long as you have paid your membership fee, your membership is valid and you are complying with our terms, conditions and policies. You must be signed in to the website or have scanned your card / QR at the till before the transaction has completed to use your benefits.
