Allison Williams stars as Sara, a young woman travelling to a friend's tropical island wedding on a small single-engine plane. As fate would have it, the only other passenger is ex-boyfriend, Jackson (Alexander Dreymon). Tragedy strikes at 10,000 feet when the pilot suffers a heart attack and the couple are forced to work together to stay airborne long enough to find land, in the ultimate fight for survival.
