Very Beautiful South are the UKs most authentic tribute to The Beautiful South and the genius songwriting partnership of Paul Heaton & David Rotheray.
Between 1989 and 2006, The Beautiful South clocked-up no less than 20 UK Top-30 hits with most making it into the UK Top-10, including the No.1 hit A Little Time and other classic songs such as: Perfect 10, Rotterdam, Old Red Eyes, Good As Gold, and Don't Marry Her; not to mention their Greatest Hits album, Carry On Up The Charts, which sold just under 2-million copies making it the second highest selling album of 1994 and which went on to stay in the UK Album Top 30 for the whole of 1995 achieving no less than six Platinum Disks!
Celebrating this legacy are a group of enthusiastic and experienced musicians who are, first and foremost, lifelong fans of The Beautiful South.
